I’m using a free bucket but getting This Bucket has been suspended due to non-payment. Could you reset my account or bucket?

The location of the image toolbar, brought up when clicking on an image in the editor, is tied to the top of the image. If an image is tall enough and exceeds screen boundaries, the toolbar will not appear on-screen when the image is clicked.
